Bank account details shown for transfers are our business details for receiving payment. When you pay by bank transfer, your bank will process the payment under its own terms.
We do not collect or store card PANs through this website. If you pay by card over the phone, those details are handled outside this website.

6. Storage and security
Booking data is stored in our booking database on our hosting server. We take reasonable steps to protect it, including access controls for the administration area. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. How long we keep information
We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed to manage your stay and for our business, tax, and legal record-keeping requirements, then delete or de-identify them when no longer required.

8. Your choices and rights
You can view your booking using the confirmation link or Find booking (reference + email).
You may ask us to correct inaccurate details, or request access to personal information we hold about you, by contacting us.
You may also request deletion where we are not required to keep the information. We may need to retain some records for legal reasons.

9. Cookies and local storage
The website may use basic browser storage (for example to remember a draft booking while you complete checkout). We do not use this to sell advertising profiles.

10. Children
Bookings should be made by adults. Children’s details should only be provided as needed for the reservation (for example guest numbers).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will be published on this page.
